
How do you save humanity when the only thing that’s real is you?
The Film Surrogates is set in a futuristic utopia where humans live out their fantasies vicariously through robotic representations of themselves–all from the comfort of their own homes. Mankind has created a world where crime, pain, fear and consequences do not exist.But when an unlikely murder occurs, FBI agent Greer (Bruce Willis) risks his life and abandons his own surrogate in an effort to solve the surrogate mystery.
The film also stars Boris Kodjoe and Ving Rhames. Directed by Jonathan Mostow (Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines)
Surrogates is rated PG-13 for intense sequences of violence, disturbing images, language, sexuality and drug-related scenes and opens nationwide Friday September 25th.
